Unlocking performance and potential

Charities

The charity sector often referred to as the 'third sector', 'voluntary sector', or 'not-for-profit sector', is huge in the UK. The sector employs over 1.3m, has over 7m volunteers and almost 1m Trustees.  The sector is quickly shifting, adapting, changing, and it can feel hard to keep up. To make the right decisions for the future, it’s essential to understand the present. David R. Blackburn Consulting are established in navigating these challenges with clients like Amnesty International UK (AIUK), English Heritage, Gamble Aware, Mencap, the Portal Trust and Positive East.

Communication

Employee engagement is business critical for a company's success. Engaging employees is not a natural skill, however. Leaders who are interested in getting employees to respond need to show that they value their input in everyday communication. David R. Blackburn Consulting have multi-award-winning experience in creating cohesive internal communication strategies that drive employee experience as well as coaching leaders on their own communication styles and impact. David R. Blackburn is also a sort after Motivational Keynote Speaker in his own right and has spoken at events across the UK and Europe.

Complexity

Consultancy

Navigating the labyrinth of modern business requires a real understanding of complexity and genuine practical experience of handling: sensitive investigations, TUPE transfers, organisational re-design and development, large scale consultations, redundancy, performance management, and Employee Relations. By transforming complexity from a formidable challenge into a strategic advantage, companies can achieve clarity, foster efficient operations, and secure a competitive edge. At David R. Blackburn Consulting we can help you achieve the right outcome no matter how complex the challenge.
