The charity sector often referred to as the 'third sector', 'voluntary sector', 'not-for-profit sector', 'community sector' or 'civic sector', is huge in the UK. The sector employs over 1.3m, has over 7m volunteers and almost 1m Trustees. The sector is quickly shifting, adapting, changing, and it can feel hard to keep up. Charities are finally settling, thinking about the future, working out digital strategies, and broadly setting their sights on the long-term. To make the right decisions for the future, it’s essential to understand the present. David R. Blackburn Consulting have quickly established themselves as the go to guide for navigating these challenges with clients like English Heritage and Mencap.
Navigating the labyrinth of modern business requires an adept understanding of complexity and real practical experience of handling complex situations: sensitive investigations, TUPE transfers, organisational re-design and development or large scale consultations. This discipline is crucial for organisations entangled in complex systems, multifaceted business processes, and intricate environments. By transforming complexity from a formidable challenge into a strategic advantage, companies can achieve clarity, foster efficient operations, and secure a competitive edge. At David R. Blackburn Consulting we can help you achieve the right outcome no matter how complex the challenge.
Leaders in many different industries are well-aware of how critical employee engagement is for a company's success. Engaging employees is not a natural skill, however. Leaders who are interested in getting employees to respond need to show that they value their input in everyday communication. David R. Blackburn Consulting have multi-award-winning experience in creating cohesive internal communication strategies that drive employee experience.
